ANOTHER CHANCE 4 HOPE

Changing lives, one youth at a time.

Our mission is to provide services, resources and support to reduce homelessness, addiction and human trafficking that is victimizing our young. Our partnerships with other community organizations helps us redirect our young toward a better lifestyle where attaining their goals and dreams is possible

Who are we?

Lived Experience Professionals

Another Chance 4 Hope, established in March of 2020 is a non-profit organization of dedicated lived experienced professionals who aim to promote health and wellness to the underserved BIPOC population.
Leondray Owens Co Founder has worked with youth throughout his life using his experience as an example to detour youth from making bad decisions. His work started in Memphis and carry over to Chicago and now serves the youth of the Twin Cities Area. 
Angela Cuellar Co Founder has worked with youth since 2009. In addition she is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and a Certified Suicide Prevention Specialist. A alumni of Nexus Board and Commission Leadership Institute. Certified Training from Streetworks. Her passion to work with the BIPOC community has always been her a life dream that she is serving today.
Meranda Wood Community Navigator brings with her lived experience with homelessness, substance abuse disorder, a survivor of human trafficking and foster out of the foster care system. Her passion to guide young women from the streets into a productive lifestyle is aspiring.

What we do

We assist with helping young people break down barriers that they may face in accessing services by providing a direct and immediate connection to a variety of community resources. Advocates will guide and coach youth in making healthy right paths to follow.

We provide opportunities for strong networking & relationship building skills that improve overall well being of our youths. This ensures that they are kept on the right track in achieving their potentials.
